Badges are laminated during production & don't require epoxy coating. The Epoxy coating is a clear domed glazed topping, mainly for looks only, that gives the badge a more executive looking effect. Most mainstream companies and schools these days actually prefer to save the extra cost and do NOT order their name badges with this epoxy coating, especially as it plays no part in lengthening the lifespan of the product. If however it is your preference to use this epoxy coating, we use a special mix that does NOT yellow with time.
PLEASE NOTE: Our printers use an RGB colour model and CMYK colour artwork may print slightly differently, but can easily be corrected. If you are concerned about your branding, please contact us for a no obligation sample beforehand.
