Custom cast medals, coins, badges and pins are an extraordinary way of rewarding members of your club, organisation, or school. They are totally customised with you own branding and to your specific requirements. Custom items can be made to any shape or size, and be finished in variety of colours. They are extremely cost-effective, especially in larger quantities, and make for a unique and stunning presentation option.

PLEASE NOTE: As custom medals and badges are designed and cast to your specifications, production time is generally 4-6 weeks from approval of final artwork. If you think you’ve left it too late, then please check out our Personalised Medals (which feature a custom logo and are produced in 1-5 days).

Custom Options

We supply a variety of quality, factory customised options, with just a few items featured below.

These are a great option for branding, and can be made to any shape or colour required (Pantones and CMS colours included).

Plus, the more you make, the cheaper the unit value becomes, so we suggest ordering a couple years worth should your budget permit

 

PLEASE NOTE: Most custom items require a setup fee, and this is retained on file by the factory for a period of 3 years without use.

Once this term is exceeded, the die is recycled, and will need to be made again if more are required.

These custom items are NOT a good option for small runs, as they work out to be quite expensive.

On the flip side, should you have a decent quantity, they can be more cost effective than our standard ranges.

For a completely sustainable option, choose wooden medals, complete with a R-PET ribbon (Recycled PET eco-friendly ribbon)

Medal Ribbon Options

All custom medals can be supplied with either a plain, OR, a completely customised neck ribbon.

There a multiple ribbon widths to choose from, and the ribbons have different attachments to suit the medal design, or can be sewn on if required.

We do not charge an artwork fee, but there is a small extra cost for a printed neck ribbon vs a standard plain coloured ribbon.
