The 2"x8" or 5cm x 20cm custom printed ribbon is a great, cheap way of rewarding achievement with your logo or theme printed on the ribbon. They are also extremely suitable for large groups of awards where the budget simply cannot stretch to trophies.
WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY ARTWORK OR A SETUP FEE. 
NOTE: Only a single colour print per design ie Gold OR Silver OR Red or Rose Gold OR Blue or Black printed design. All artwork to be approved before printing of the ribbons commences. Please supply us with your colour choice, logo or theme, and preferred layout if any.  Custom Ribbons are only available in packs of 100 only. We are happy to do 2 designs at quantity 50 each to receive the quantity 100 pricing, but no more than 2 designs please. Likewise 5 designs at quantity 100 per design, will give you 500 quantity pricing. Should you require even larger quantities please contact us for much better pricing. 
PLEASE NOTE: There is a three week turnaround on custom ribbons. If you need the rest of your order more urgently please place the orders separately. Safety pins available for purchase separately.

LASER ENGRAVING, FREE

✔Engraving Type

This award has either a gold or silver plate, with laser engraved black text.

We utilise the latest and most precise laser engravers to bring you a quality engraved product. The black text contrasts clearly against the matching gold or silver plate, and is clearly readable in any light.

✔Our Charges

Engraving on all trophies and medals is FREE, even for individual names and teams.

There is no 'per letter' charge and definitely no setup fee. The advertised price is all you will ever pay.

We don't however recommend writing a book worth of engraving on the award, as it just won't fit.

✔Engraving Submission

The engraving details are all entered and amended easily after checkout!

Option 1: Engraving Link

Our systems cleverly email you an engraving link AFTER successful completion of your order. Click the link and a simple spreadsheet will open, prefilled with all the codes of the trophies you have just ordered. Fill the details in your own time, entering Line 1, Line 2 etc, and come back to it whenever you want. If you don't have all the info just yet, don't worry you can add it later. Simply click on that same link and everything you already typed in will still be right there waiting for you.

If you lose or delete the emailed link, a copy will be saved in your account next to your order.

A lot of our happy customers simply copy and paste text from their existing spreadsheet, or club database export list, directly onto our link. No more manual data entry, and an excellent tool for referring to subsequent orders. Trust us. Repeat orders and Committee changes will be a breeze.

Option 2: Email Your Engraving

If for any reason you are unable to enter engraving on our link, or have previously compiled the engraving sheet, please don't stress. Simply reply by email to your Order Confirmation, attaching your typed excel or word document, and we will populate the engraving link for you.

NOTE: Scans and handwritten notes cannot be accepted.
